Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with current DOT medical card.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles according to DOT standards.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix truck and deliver concrete to customers following dispatcher or plant manager directions.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Inspect mix designs and verify load size, slump, and ticket accuracy; adjust as needed.
• Wash out at job site and drum rinse upon returning to plant; perform drum chipping.
• Provide professional customer service and collect payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe workplace and perform routine vehicle maintenance.
• Complete all required paperwork using tablets or cell phones (timing, tickets, reports).
• Be a team player and open to cross-training in dispatching, batching, and mechanics.
