Job summary

Croell, Inc. is seeking a Ready Mix Driver in Northeast Iowa. You will safely operate a ready mix truck, deliver concrete to various projects, and ensure quality control at the job site.

Experience is preferred (1 year), and the role offers overtime with a strong team environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year preferred (Will train).
• CDL Class A or B and current DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix truck per DOT regs; deliver concrete to customers via efficient routes.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Check mix designs; verify load size, slump, and adjust as needed.
• Wash down and drum rinse per site directions; dispose of drums as required.
• Provide professional customer service and collect payments.
• Maintain vehicles, plant, and shop; perform routine maintenance on trucks.
