Croell, Inc. is seeking a Ready Mix Driver to join our team in Colby, KS. This full-time position offers steady routes, home every night, and opportunities to work on road, bridge, and building projects across multiple states.

Ideal candidates will have a CDL, a DOT medical card, and a willingness to train. We provide comprehensive benefits, a $25–$29 per hour wage, overtime, and career growth within a family-owned company focused on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in ready mix or concrete delivery preferred.
• Willingness to train for CDL if needed.
• Commitment to safety and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix truck and deliver concrete to customers.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document issues.
• Check mix designs, verify load size, and ensure slump tolerance.
• Wash out at job site and perform drum rinse on return.
• Provide professional customer service and collect payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic equipment upkeep.
• Complete required paperwork via tablets or phones.
• Be a team player and open to cross-training.
• Willing to perform duties outside normal scope.
