Job summary

Splitero, Inc. is seeking a Processor to support homeowners applying for our Home Equity Investment (HEI). Prepare files for underwriter review and manage a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline to help homeowners access their equity without monthly payments.

A proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy candidate with title curative knowledge will thrive. The role starts with remote work through January 2027, then hybrid in the San Diego office with onsite Tue–Thu and remote Mon/Fri.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in loan processing.
Familiarity with home equity investments is a plus.
Experience using CRM such as Salesforce and working with mortgage/real estate third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness.
Communicate with homeowners, teammates and vendors to discuss items and obtain missing docs.
Order and review title reports, valuations and credit reports.
Prepare files for underwriter review and drive items to closing.
Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless homeowner experience.
Manage and prioritize pipeline in various stages of approval and funding.
Meet or exceed production goals and KPIs.
