Job summary

Splitero, Inc. seeks a Manager of Processing to lead a high-performing team focused on helping homeowners access equity through our HEI product.

You will own the full performance lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to coaching, pipeline oversight, and data-driven decisions that influence the business. You will drive talent acquisition, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration while cultivating a positive culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in loan processing.
• 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing team.
• Ability to work in our San Diego office starting January 2027.
• Proven history of successfully managing projects from ideation to execution.
• Ability to write effective policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage performance, resolve conflict, and give feedback to underperformers.
• Ability to manage change effectively through upward and downward communication.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate up and down management levels.
• Data-driven decision making and strong collaboration skills.
• Team-first attitude and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts and oversee hiring for the team.
• Oversee performance management, coaching plans, and PIPs with People Ops.
• Foster a positive team culture and proactive engagement initiatives.
• Train and onboard new hires and support ongoing development.
• Lead projects with clear timelines, scope, and resource planning.
• Manage team workload and maintain high performance across the board.
• Coordinate with the Processing Team Lead on daily pipeline execution.
• Own policies, procedures, and quarterly alignment of department goals.
• Provide data insights to leadership and communicate updates and roadblocks.
• Handle escalations and coaching opportunities across the team.
• Conduct call listening audits to improve communication and homeowner experience.
