APTIM’s Energy Transition team seeks a proactive Program Participation Specialist in Madison, WI to guide customers through Home Energy Rebate program eligibility and enrolment. You will deliver concierge-level support, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with contractors and program staff to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or client success experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for program participation inquiries.
• Provide step-by-step guidance on eligibility, enrolment, and next steps.
• Maintain records in Zendesk and CRM tools with accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal staff and external stakeholders to support communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies and assist with office operations.
