Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Home and Electronics departments.
• Staff departments and develop associates to meet goals.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for staffing needs.
• Achieve weekly, period, and annual sales and wage budgets.
• Lead implementation of company initiatives and merchandising strategies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and customer service standards.
• Manage shrink, receiving/stocking, and shipping/receiving processes.
