The Kroger Co. seeks an experienced store supervisor to lead the HCC and Cosmetics department at Fred Meyer. You will drive sales, ensure customer service excellence, and oversee merchandising, pricing, inventory and safety compliance across the department.

Leadership of associates and adherence to corporate policies are essential. Based in Fairbanks, AK, you will partner with department leaders to optimize staffing, monitor daily/weekly sales and deliver strong profit results while maintaining

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience directing/participating on project teams.
• Familiarity with industry terms and processes.
• Lift truck certification/license required for Fred Meyer operations.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Idaho/Alaska when selling tobacco).
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage direct reports.
• Strong time management and ability to coach/train.
• Strong attention to detail.
