Kroger Co. in Wasilla, Alaska, is seeking an enthusiastic team member to deliver outstanding customer service and support department operations. You will help customers, answer questions, and ensure accurate stocking and pricing while maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the store.

This role requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to manage pressures during busy periods. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with potential for growth in a retail environment.

Formación

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Basic arithmetic skills for handling transactions and stocking.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in peak times.
• Must meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to local, state and federal health and civil codes.
• Assist customers and answer questions about products in the department and store.
• Know product locations and respond to product inquiries.
• Understand store layout to locate items quickly.
• Educate associates about in-store promotions affecting the department.
• Maintain EAS to company standard and stay current with ads.
• Monitor inventory and note discrepancies; supervise inventory process.
