Fresenius Medical Care in the United States seeks an RN CAP 2 for Home Therapies to coordinate and deliver clinically competent care for an assigned patient group. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and support staff through leadership and mentorship.

The role emphasizes home dialysis training, adherence to policies, and continuous quality improvement. Strong RN licensure and CPR/BLS are required; on-call and travel may be involved.

Qualificações

• Entry-level in CAP 2 for RN with potential pathway to Clinical Advancement Program (CAP).
• Ensures clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Mentors/coaches new and incumbent staff.
• Adheres to Fresenius Kidney Care policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
• Train home dialysis patients and Home Partners on equipment operation and safety.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Participate in education and quality improvement activities and may serve as Preceptor.
