Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate clinically competent home dialysis care. The role includes educating patients, supervising care staff, and participating in quality improvement within the facility.

The RN will perform assessments, adjust care plans, administer prescribed medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes. This is an on-site nursing position with potential on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Entry level RN with at least 2 years nephrology nursing in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic dialysis data collection and adjust treatment plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and home dialysis.
• Direct and coordinate safe delivery of dialysis therapies with care staff.
• Train home dialysis patients and partners in equipment operation and maintenance.
