Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to coordinate and deliver clinically competent care for patients undergoing home dialysis. You will assess patient responses to training and treatment, communicate with physicians as needed, and contribute to quality improvement within the ESKD care team.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease health care team, you will participate in teaching, leadership, and CAP requirements while coordinating with the home dialysis partner

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group.
• Assess and document patient education needs for home dialysis training and treatment.
• Direct and collaborate with home care partners and staff to ensure safe dialysis delivery.
• Administer medications per protocol and document effectiveness.
