Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP1 to join our Clinical Advancement Program. You will coordinate and deliver nursing care for patients undergoing home dialysis, following established protocols and collaborating with the physician team.

You will assess patient responses to treatment, educate patients and families, and participate in training and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Entry-level RN with ≤2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Must have or obtain state licensure and BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to educate patients and families on home dialysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically competent care for assigned patients per protocols.
• Assess and adjust dialysis plans; communicate with physician as needed.
• Educate patients/families on home dialysis and training.
• Administer medications per approved algorithms and document actions.
• Participate in training, on-call coverage, and quality improvement.
