Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to coordinate and deliver care for patients undergoing home dialysis. The role involves assessing patient response to training, educating patients and families, and collaborating with physicians to adjust plans as needed.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will participate in training, leadership activities, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with policies and nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• CPR BLS Certification.
• 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Home dialysis therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for home dialysis patients.
• Assess patient response to training per protocols and coordinate with physician as needed.
• Educate patient and family on home dialysis procedures and care.
• Lead and train staff and participate in quality improvement activities.
