Fresenius Medical Care seeks a RN with dialysis experience to lead and coordinate its Home Therapies program. You will oversee staff, ensure safe, high-quality patient care, and manage operations from admission to discharge for ESRD patients.

You will train patients and caregivers for home dialysis, ensure equipment readiness, and drive quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with RN licensure.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year dialysis experience; 3 months peritoneal dialysis experience.
• 1 year medical-surgical or ICU nursing preferred.
• Training in dialysis therapies completed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Home Therapies program.
• supervise and schedule in-center staff and support functions.
• Ensure quality patient care per policies and training.
• Manage program profitability, budgets and KPIs.
• Direct patient care from admission to discharge in ESRD care.
• Train patients and caregivers for home dialysis and equipment use.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and audits.
