Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year dialysis experience, plus three months peritoneal experience, required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful completion of a dialysis theory/practice training course.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, customer service, and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Home Therapies program to meet budgets and KPIs.
• Direct and manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure safe delivery of home dialysis services.
• Ensure staff competency in equipment operation and troubleshooting via phone support.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness across the program.
• Support patient and caregiver readiness and satisfaction initiatives.
