The role requires RN licensure, CPR, dialysis background, and supervisory experience. You will train patients and caregivers, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient satisfaction within a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• RN licensed with dialysis experience.
• Minimum one year dialysis experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Training in the theory and practice of dialysis therapies.
• Demonstrated leadership and QA skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and schedule delivery of home dialysis therapies to patients.
• Manage program profit & loss to meet budgets and KPIs.
• Direct patient care from admission to discharge in Home Therapies.
• Train patients and caregivers for safe home dialysis.
• Ensure staff competency and equipment troubleshooting by phone.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and risk management.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and audits.
• Orient and educate new staff; participate in audits.
• Data entry for admissions, billing, labs, vitals, and status.
