Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Altoona seeks a RN with dialysis experience to lead the Home Therapies program. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staff, ensure safe patient care and regulatory compliance, and drive program growth.

Strong leadership, communication, and quality improvement skills are essential. Ideally you have at least one year dialysis experience (peritoneal exposure preferred), current CPR certification, and active RN licensure.

Qualifications

• RN license and CPR certification are required.
• At least 1 year dialysis experience with 3 months peritoneal experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Training in dialysis therapies is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and growth of Home Therapies program.
• Manage program budget, KPIs, and regulatory compliance.
• Direct patient care management from admission to discharge for Home Therapies patients.
• Train patients and caregivers on home dialysis equipment and safety.
