Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Portland is seeking an experienced RN to lead and coordinate the Home Therapies program on a daily basis, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role involves training and scheduling in-center staff, overseeing home dialysis therapy deliveries, managing program operations and patient readiness, and guiding the team toward favorable outcomes for ESRD patients in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state licensure.
• Dialysis experience: at least 1 year; 3 months peritoneal required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Completed training in dialysis therapies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of home dialysis therapies and staff scheduling.
• Manages program operations to meet budgets and KPIs.
• Directs patient care from admission to discharge for Home Therapies patients.
• Ensures staff competency in home dialysis equipment and troubleshooting by phone.
• Manages regulatory compliance, audits, and QA initiatives.
• Supports patient readiness and caregiver training for safe home treatments.
