Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent home dialysis care, assess patients, plan treatments, and educate families.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will work with physicians, nurses, and home care partners, participate in training and quality improvement, and help ensure safe and effective dialysis in the home environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure to practice as an RN.
• CPR/BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent home dialysis care per protocols.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis training and treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient response and adjust plans with physician input.
• Assist in emergency response and participate in quality improvement activities.
