Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to train patients and support home dialysis modalities. You will perform home visits, monitor patient progress, and document nursing care in the EMR.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR, and ability to coordinate with physicians and care teams. Responsibilities include infection control, emergency preparedness, and ensuring supply inventory aligns with prescriptions.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience; 3 months in home dialysis training (Texas 6 months).
• CPR certification required prior to patient care.
• Ability to meet state requirements and pass orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient training for home dialysis modalities.
• Conduct home visits to assess patient environment and care needs.
• Document nursing services in EMR with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate assessment results to physicians and team members.
• Participate in infection control monitoring and reporting.
• Be familiar with emergency equipment and procedures.
