Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Home Training PD Registered Nurse to educate and train home peritoneal dialysis patients, care partners, and families in a safe, respectful environment. The role requires licensure, PD experience, and ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff.

Responsibilities include overseeing training in home dialysis procedures, ensuring patient rights, and maintaining safety standards in the dialysis setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
• Twelve (12) months of nursing experience.
• Three (3) months of experience in the specific dialysis modality as per state regulations.
• Documented training/experience in peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to speak effectively with clients and colleagues.
