Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an entry‑level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to coordinate and deliver patient education for home dialysis and peritoneal therapies. The role includes assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group, with leadership and quality improvement participation.

Requirements include a nursing degree, active RN licensure, and 1+ year RN experience (nephrology home dialysis preferred).

Qualifications

• Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience (preferred).
• Home dialysis therapy experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs essential functions under Supervisor guidance with Educator or RN collaboration.
• Collects dialysis data, documents in medical records, adjusts treatment plan as indicated.
• Provides patient/family education on home dialysis and treatment modalities.
• Directs safe and effective delivery of dialysis therapy for assigned patients.
• Administers medications as prescribed and documents justification.
