Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to support the dialysis program. The role involves patient education, home dialysis training, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

As an on-site nurse, you will assess patient needs, coordinate treatment plans, and contribute to CAP requirements for professional growth. Travel to training sites or patient homes may be required as part of care delivery.

Qualifications

• RN with nephrology background desired
• Home dialysis therapy experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required or current

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically competent care, assessment and planning for assigned patients.
• Coordinate home dialysis training and treatment with the team.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis modalities and safety.
• Administer medications per protocol and document outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with physicians.
