Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Home Therapies CAP to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group. The role supports home dialysis training, treatment therapy, and communication with physicians as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Home dialysis therapy experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtained on joining.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Assess and manage patient response to home dialysis training and treatment.
• Educate patients and families about home dialysis therapies and safety.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and outcomes.
