Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is hiring an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 in Pueblo, CO. The role supports the clinical advancement program and delivers dialysis care, patient education, and team collaboration in a home settings. You will coordinate care, follow protocols, and communicate needs to physicians.

The position involves direct patient care, charting, safety, and on-call responsibilities within a hospital/facility environment. RN licensure and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years nephrology nursing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience (preferred).
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; state licensure required.
• CPR/BLS certification required or current.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for home dialysis patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per protocols.
• Educate patients and family on home dialysis training.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
