Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 12 months experience as an RN.
• Home dialysis therapy experience preferred.
• Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care for home dialysis patients.
• Conduct training for patients and home partners on dialysis equipment.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
