Joseph Douglas Homes is seeking a Selections Coordinator to guide homeowners through interior and exterior finishes for new homes or remodels. You will work closely with homeowners, plan designers, vendors, and our construction team to document selections, align with budgets, and keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in residential construction, interior design, selections coordination, or a related field.
• Ability to read floor plans, specifications, and vendor documents.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Guide homeowners through the selections process, explaining options, allowances, upgrades, deadlines, and next steps.
• Coordinate selection meetings with homeowners, designers, and vendors.
• Verify selections align with plans and communicate design changes to construction teams.
• Manage interior and exterior selections and showroom samples.
• Maintain vendor records, proposals, specifications, and homeowner approvals.
• Ensure alignment between vendor docs, homeowner selections, plans, and allowances.
• Track budget impacts and coordinate selection-related change orders.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on decisions and sign-offs.
• Communicate final selections to construction teams, vendors, and suppliers.
• Keep Buildertrend and company files organized.
• Assist with model home and spec home selections and showroom resources.
