Job summary

Las Vegas Remodel & Construction in Henderson, NV is seeking a Selections Coordinator & Front Desk Support to guide homeowners through finishes, fixtures, and materials while supporting showroom operations.

You will coordinate with the sales team, vendors, and internal project teams, create product lists, assist CAD drawings, and maintain accurate records and pricing. This on-site role offers a $50,000-$55,000 salary plus bonus, a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service or client-facing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Design awareness and ability to coordinate products, colors, finishes, and materials
• Familiarity with CAD, 20/20, Chief Architect or similar design software a plus
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Guide homeowners through product, finish, fixture, material, and upgrade selections
• Serve as primary client contact throughout selections process
• Provide design guidance and product recommendations based on client needs
• Coordinate project details with sales team, vendors, and internal teams
• Create or assist with CAD drawings, visual selections, and pricing
• Maintain accurate records of selections, pricing, and change orders
• Assist with showroom material maintenance and front-desk operations
• Support Houzz updates and project photography as needed
