• Ability to guide homeowners through design decisions and product selections.
• Strong eye for color, proportion, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to create mood boards, color palettes, and design presentations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand style, lifestyle, and vision.
• Develop cohesive design concepts and create mood boards and presentations.
• Guide material and finish selections and document decisions.
• Coordinate showroom and vendor appointments and manage samples.
• Enter selections and documentation into project management systems; track deadlines.
