Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist for the Rejuvenation brand in a full-time, on-site role. You will inspire customers to express themselves at home, close sales at the cash wrap, and drive ongoing engagement with our Brand.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience
• Strong communication and clienteling skills
• Ability to coordinate complex orders across channels

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in-store and in-home consultations to drive store sales
• Measure and assess living spaces for design planning
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space
• Maintain knowledge of promotions to meet sales goals
• Provide world-class service including gift services, catalog orders and special orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment
