Job summary

Crate & Barrel Designers help customers envision possibilities with the latest home design trends and guide them from concept to completion. You will drive sales, conduct design consultations in-store, in-home, and virtually, and develop moodboards and floor plans to present to customers.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, brand standards, and collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of relevant furniture design or retail experience, strong communication, and comfort

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service.
• Proficient with Google platforms, virtual communication, and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer engagement by promoting programs and leads on the salesfloor, in-store, and virtually.
• Lead design consultations in person or remotely and develop design packages to brand standards.
• Deliver projects timely and maintain exceptional product presentation and use of design tools.
• Collaborate with store and design teams to support business goals and develop long-lasting client relationships.
• Provide training support on design services and stay current with design trends and brand aesthetics.
