Crate and Barrel Designers is seeking a motivated designer to drive sales and elevate the customer experience. You will guide customers from concept to final selections, using design tools to create moodboards, floor plans, and comprehensive design packages.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/ Home Decor Design or retail/ customer service experience
• Proficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, design tool experience preferred
• Experience working one on one with clients and recommending solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing enriching customer interactions and elevate design offerings in-store, in-home, and virtually
• Create moodboards and 2D/3D floor plans and present product lists to customers
• Lead design consultations in person, in-home, or via email/phone/virtual
• Deliver projects on time and align with brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy
• Develop new customer relationships through networking and clienteling
