Job summary

Crate & Barrel Designers help customers envision possibilities with the latest home design trends, guiding through furnishings from whole homes to single pieces. They combine styling across classic to contemporary looks with digital tools during in-store and in-home consultations to bring visions to life.

In this role you will drive sales and customer engagement by promoting programs, building design packages to brand standards, and collaborating with store and design teams to support business

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in furniture sales or home decor design.
• Ability to create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and client presentations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with design tools and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and create elevated design offerings in-store, in-home and virtually.
• Lead design consultations in person or via email, phone and virtual.
• Deliver projects on time and in line with brand aesthetics.
• Maintain product presentation and use of tools/technology to support business goals.
• Build relationships with customers through networking and clienteling.
• Stay informed on current design trends and educate customers.
