Wayfair is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Jacksonville, FL. You will supervise a 6–15 person team, drive safety and efficiency, and support the supervisor in all core warehouse functions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and problem resolution to keep shipments moving on time. Responsibilities include coordinating inbound and outbound flow, monitoring KPIs, and training new staff while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead roles within a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Comfort with physical tasks and lifting up to 75 pounds regularly.
• WMS familiarity and ability to use trouble-ticket systems for issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–15 associates to meet targets and KPIs.
• Drive safety, quality, and throughput; provide real-time feedback.
• Oversee inbound/outbound flow and dock-to-stock processes.
• Coordinate workload, monitor dashboards, and resolve problems.
