Job summary

Wayfair Jacksonville is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to support supervisor in managing core warehouse functions such as Receiving, Picking, Packing, and Shipping. You will lead a small team, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and actively participate in problem solving and training during up to 50% of shifts.

Eligible candidates should have 2+ years in warehouse leadership, be able to lift up to 75 lbs (150+ lbs with team), hold PIV certification, and be proficient with WMS and

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse leadership/experience in multiple departments
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and team lift 150+ pounds
• PIV Certification is required; trained on Powered Industrial Trucks (PITO)
• Strong leadership and decision-making with minimal guidance
• Experience with WMS and trouble-ticket systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise a 6-15 person team and delegate tasks
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity to meet KPIs
• Manage inbound/outbound flow and dock-to-stock SLA
• Answer emails and respond to inquiries promptly
