Wayfair is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in McDonough, GA to supervise a 6–15 person shift, drive safety, quality and productivity, and support supervisors in daily operations. You work hands-on and help the team meet targets while coaching peers.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, training, and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and career growth within warehouse operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience across multiple functions.
• Must have PIV Certification and be willing to operate or be trained on Powered Industrial Truck Operations (PITO).
• Experience with WMS and trouble-ticket systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a team of 6–15 associates, delegating tasks and meeting production targets and KPIs.
• Drive UPH performance with real-time feedback on quality and efficiency.
• Conduct pre-shift safety briefs, lead daily safety topics, and train new staff.
• Act as first point of escalation to resolve operational issues.
