Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead - HDO in Burlington, NJ. This frontline leadership role supports the supervisor across inbound receiving, deluxing, picking, and outbound loading to ensure safe, efficient customer deliveries.

You will participate in warehouse functions while driving team performance, quality, and culture, with a focus on protecting the customer experience and ensuring items are handled with care during delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience in a warehouse environment across multiple departments.
• Ability to supervise and support a team of 6–15 associates while meeting targets.
• Comfort with lifting up to 75 lbs and working on the warehouse floor 10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow and provide direct support to ensure production targets and KPIs are met.
• Balance supervision with hands-on involvement (about 50% of the shift).
• Coordinate inbound receiving, deluxing, picking, and outbound loading for deliveries.
• Track performance metrics and coach for safety, quality, and efficiency.
