Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is actively seeking a Dispatch Operations Coordinator to manage Home Delivery routing and contractor assignments. You will assign routes, monitor schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day dispatches across local delivery operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with at least two years in customer service or transportation, and experience in Home Delivery or Last Mile is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, transportation, or related field.
• Experience in Home Delivery or Last Mile is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage local dispatch operations for Home Delivery.
• Route, time-frame, and assign delivery tickets and service orders for next day routes.
• Coordinate with local warehouse to ensure reverse logistics orders are picked up and returned.
• Check documents and licensing for independent contractors as needed.
• Hand out routes to independent contractors and address issues as they arise.
• Maintain positive relations with independent contractors and monitor daily schedules.
