Job summary

RiseBoro seeks a Coordinator to maintain contact with Home Delivered Meals clients and delivery teams, ensuring meals are delivered and services coordinated with case management. You will answer client and staff calls, develop route sheets, and maintain client files, documenting status changes and coordinating data entry when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 1 year of social service, customer service, or related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of social service, customer service, or related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn database maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from clients and delivery staff and document calls.
• Develop and maintain home-delivered meal route sheets; coordinate with case management.
• Maintain client files and document service changes or contact with case management.
• Verify data in route app and database; enter data when mobile app not used.
• Inspect delivery trucks and verify route sheet return times and signatures.
• Coordinate with drivers to handle emergencies or staffing needs.
• Prepare contribution letters and record receipts with bookkeeper or staff.
• Assist Director with program planning and development; represent RiseBoro in community activities.
