Job summary

Riseboro Community Partnership in New York is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee MOW Drivers and Deliverers, coordinate daily routing, and ensure timely meal delivery to seniors. You will manage vehicle maintenance, fuel logs, safety, and daily schedules to meet program needs and regulatory guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, 2–5 years of team management experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of licensed driving.
• 2-5 years’ experience managing teams with various levels of seniority.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to MOW Drivers and Deliverers.
• Coordinate daily staffing and coverages; update MOW team.
• Ensure vehicles meet DFTA standards and are ready for routes.
• Maintain real-time communications with fleet for emergencies.
• Oversee maintenance, logs, and fuel records for fleet.
• Audit routes for time and cost efficiency.
• Liaise with caterer to reconcile meal deliveries per route.
• Support incident documentation and risk management reporting.
• Support fleet training and adherence for audits.
