Job summary

Test-Rite Products Corp. seeks an experienced Sales Support Coordinator in Arkansas to handle day-to-day admin tasks and support growth initiatives. You will assist with market research, competitive reviews, and liaise between customers, account managers, warehouse, and partners in Asia.

The role focuses on Home Décor, supports the team’s sales processes, and requires strong communication, detail orientation, and multitasking with ownership of work.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in Sales Support, Product Development and/or Account Management support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field.
• Working knowledge of Walmart systems Scintilla, Supplier One, & Retail Link.
• Preferably experience with foreign sourced products and Walmart Private Brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communications and tasks across cross-functional units.
• Track and report project status on a weekly basis.
• Review quotations and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate sample preparation, testing, and feedback with Asia partners.
• Assist ecommerce with marketing assets and product content (descriptions, dimensions, features, photos).
• Support sales team during meetings and customer presentations.
