Job summary

Relation Insurance, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Production and Sales Development teams in Tulsa.

You will manage CRM records, assist with proposals and renewals, and coordinate communications among internal and external stakeholders to advance sales opportunities. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of sales support or insurance operations experience, proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of sales support, business coordination, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance operations or underwriting is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is expected.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new business and renewal opportunities in CRM with accurate records and status updates.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up steps for clients and prospects.
• Prepare and assemble proposals, renewal packages, and sales materials for accuracy and presentation.
• Coordinate communication among sales, underwriting, implementation, carrier, and client stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings, carrier discussions, and other sales activities; document action items.
• Maintain sales documentation, proposal history, and carrier information per procedures.
• Support prospecting through research, data management, and cross-team collaboration.
