Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in Sales Support, Product Development and/or Account Management support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Walmart systems Scintilla, Supplier One and Retail Link.
• Preferably experience with foreign sourced products.
• Familiarity with packaging for Walmart Private Brands.
• Driven to constantly learn, grow and expand knowledge of our business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communications and tasks with cross-functional teams.
• Track project status and report weekly on progress.
• Review quotations and proposal documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate customer-specific internal processes and systems.
• Conduct market research via comp shop reports and store observations.
• Prepare and organize presentation materials for internal/external use.
• Attend meetings and relay notes to partners in Asia and Walmart.
• Support ecommerce with content creation for in-store and .com.
