Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to support efficient trailer movements between the Operating Company locations and domicile/shuttle yards. You will transport empty trailers and return full trailers safely and on schedule.

The role requires a Doubles Endorsement, a valid CDL A, and DOT compliance, with expected duties including safety checks, logs, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment in Greenville, SC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to secure one.
• Meet state licensing requirements where applicable.
• Able to lift 60–90 pounds and handle portable equipment.

Responsibilities

• Transport empty trailers to Operating Company warehouse locations.
• Turn around and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations.
• Drive tandem/tractor/trailer on intrastate and interstate routes.
• Perform DOT-required safety checks and report issues.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs as required.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
