Job summary

Performance Food Group in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a CDL-A Shuttle Driver for a home-daily route with a Sunday-Thursday schedule and a 11:00 PM dispatch. You will haul trailers between company locations, perform safety checks and ensure loads are secured for safe transport.

The role requires a valid CDL A, at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass drug and DOT health tests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A and 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Transporting empty and loaded trailers between designated locations.
• Performing trailer hook/unhook procedures.
• Verifying loads are properly secured before transport.
• Returning damaged product and customer returns when applicable.
• Complete daily log of hours of service per DOT and company requirements.
