Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services in Los Angeles, CA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, or community settings. You will evaluate clients, develop treatment plans, and adapt care in real-life environments beyond the clinic walls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification per state regulations.
• One year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injuries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
