Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings in Paso Robles, CA. You will deliver patient-centered care across real-life situations and collaborate with a dynamic therapy team.

The role invites autonomy in scheduling, with compensation per hour, travel reimbursements, and opportunities for growth and education within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• BLS/CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize outcomes.
