Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home and community settings across Georgia.

You will evaluate, plan and adjust treatment, working autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Enjoy flexible scheduling, paid hourly rate, driving/travel reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted PT license in the practicing state
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year PT experience preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safety precautions

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings and family conferences
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes
