Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation directly in clients' homes and communities. This role involves performing evaluations, developing and re-assessing treatment plans, and collaborating with a dedicated team of therapists.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team.
